2.) Click "CREATE AN ACCOUNT

3.) Fill out the required information then click "REGISTER"

How do I become a seller?

You can start selling by clicking here or follow the steps below: 

1.) Navigate to the home page.

2.) Click on "SELLING DASHBOARD" located at the right of the page.

3.) Click on "RIGISTER"

4.)  fill out the rest of the information.

How do I get coupons

You can get coupons from different sellers or from sellyourusedstuff.com

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a conformation message should be sent to your email with your transaction and other important information regarding your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your email address and confirm you have the correct email. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When is the order payment taken out of my bank account?

The payment should be processed within 1-15 business days.

What is wishlist?

A wish list are items that you want to buy at a later time; make sure to not forget about these items. 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify the seller immediately so they can assist you. If you are unable to reach the seller within 7 days, you can send us an email ([email protected]) so we can resolve this issue for you. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order upon receiving your order. You are not advised to cancel or change your order while the order is in transit.
